Branislav Radakovic is a baritone who sings with smaller opera companies in Northern California. He obviously has some talent as witnessed from this spontaneous and unrehearsed performance in Oakland. He's also quite a charmer and easy on the eyes.

Hmmm...
Might be cute, but his singing is not so good. The Largo is far beyond his capabilities, based on the clip.
I think his singing is very good and charming...but it would be excellent if he uses his very nice mezza-voce in some moments...
