Radakovic started studying voice at age 19 and was hired to sing in the Sarajevo Opera chorus. After a brief stint in the Army, he joined the Belgrade Opera Studio at the National Theatre. In 2006 he came to the United States, where he has continued to study and sing in regional opera productions.
