Peruvian barihunk Eduardo Castro has been trying to piece together a career with limited success in some regional opera companies in the United States. He has performed mainly with the Virginia Opera, Amici Opera in Philadelphia and the Maryland Opera Society. He may not have much of a career, but he's some serious eye candy.

ME GUSTA LO QUE HACEN POR LA MUSICA EN ESPECIAL ESTE GENERO. FELICIDADES.
The day you sing a duet with Cecilia Bartolli...that day is when I am going to start to recognizing your art! Opera IS an art not a catwalk! As far as I remember, since Jacopo Peri, there has only been 5 types of voices Soprano,Alto,Tenor,Baritone and Bass. Nowhere in the field of Musicology we recognize as academics the term "Baryhunk".
ReplyDeleteToo much of the divo vibes here for so little career work, common in singers! Maybe, a little bit of humbleness and hard work may do the trick Mr.Castro. Please be a serious singer and do not insult opera with such terminology!

ReplyDeleteWe choose the singers from websites and others. This is just my opinion, most of the time the singers don't even know they are here.... keep enjoying!!!
