Paul LaRosa's Hot Chest and Big Balls

There is nothing that we love more than a barihunk who likes to show off some skin, especially when they look like Paul LaRosa. Here he his showing off his hot chest and big balls. Impressive, eh?

Reports from Castleton tell us that this cast is having a great time and putting on some amazing shows (on and off the stage!).

One has to think that it's not easy getting much attention when you're cast opposite barihunk Matthew Worth's Tarquinius, a role he practically owns. Even Allen Boxer as Collatinus could cause one's eye to wander. However, LaRosa can hold his own with any low-voiced stud singing in opera today.

Apparently, the singing wasn't to bad either. Charles Downey in the Washington Post reports that our barihunks sang as beautifully as they looked, "The incisive baritone and feral libido of Matthew Worth's Tarquinius stood out in the male cast, seconded by the powerfully resonant Junius of Paul LaRosa." "Libido" seemed to be the choice word of the critics as Steve Smith penned this about Worth, "Matthew Worth sang powerfully and prowled the stage with an unquenchable libido."

Finally, Barihunks would like to thank Benjamin Britten for providing us with an abundance of barihunk roles.

Guess the Chest: Randal Turner

[B&W photo by Roberto Minarda]

A few of you guessed which baritone struts around with this hot chest. It's the uber-hunky Randal Turner showing off his stuff in public. I've added a picture of him with a shirt on and he's still every bit as hunky.

Don't forget to vote in our "Hottest Barihunk" contest to the right of this post.

Guess the Chest

Our "Guess the Crotch" feature was very popular with readers, but we haven't received any photos that warrant a second round. However, I do have this lovely picture of a barihunk's uppper torso. Can you guess the chest?

Chest Voice

So this is what people mean by a singer having a "beautiful chest voice." Here are two shots of Christopher Maltman from Salzburg's Don Giovanni displaying his stunning chest voice.

Now how about some of his "lower register."

Jose Carbo

You've probably heard about singers using their chest. Well Jose Carbo gives that term new meaning. How's this for a singer with "nice chest," showing it off above in Don Giovanni?

Australian baritone José Carbó was born in Argentina of Spanish and Italian descent, and moved with his family to Australia at an early age. He was the winner of the prestigious Australian Singing Competition Opera Award in 2005.

José made his début with Australia’s principal opera company, Opera Australia, in Strauss’ Ariadne auf Naxos , returning for their production of Il Barbiere di Siviglia. For Opera Queensland, he starred in their production of Mozart’s Don Giovanni in the title role [see photo]. He was a principal singer in the world première of John Haddock’s Madeline Lee at the Sydney Opera House.

His European début was in Madrid, at the Opera Real, where he sang once again the title role in Rossini’s Il Barbiere di Siviglia.

His other barihunk role is Escamillo.
